Terms and Conditions for Summer Promotion Kids Carnival

Welcome to our Summer Promotion Kids Carnival! We are excited to offer an engaging and enjoyable experience for all children and their families. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The Kid’s Carnival is open to children whose parents or guardians have spent a minimum of AED 120 at our participating stores.
• A valid receipt showing the purchase amount must be presented at the entry point of the activation area. The receipt must be from the same day.
• The offer is valid for a single entry per child per qualifying receipt.

2. Entry and Participation

• Entry to the activation area is restricted to children aged 4 to 12 years.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for entry verification. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
• The activation area is open on weekdays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on weekdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

3. Weekend Performances

• Performances on weekends are open to all customers, regardless of purchase amount.
• Weekend performances (Magic Show and Clown Parade) will be held after 6:00 PM Seating for performances is on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations are allowed.

4. Safety and Conduct

• For safety reasons, the activation area has a maximum capacity limit. Entry will be regulated to ensure compliance.
• Children must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our staff and event coordinators.
• Parents/guardians must ensure their children are well-behaved and do not disrupt the activities or other participants.
• Any child exhibiting inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the activation area.
