TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Spend and Win: Advent Calendar 

Eligibility:

1. "Spend & Win" Promotion is open between 5PM 1st December and 9PM 25th December. Timings are subject to change depending on prize availability for the specific day.

2. To qualify, customers must spend a total of AED 300, which can be accumulated through multiple receipts from various stores. Only receipts from Al Ghurair Centre retailers will be accepted, and the AED 300 total must be reached within the same day.

One-Day Old Receipts Exception:
If prizes run out and the customer wishes to participate the following day, receipts from the previous day can be used. For example, receipts dated December 11th may be used on December 12th. However, receipts older than one day will not be accepted, and combining receipts from different dates to reach AED 300 is not permitted.

3. One entry per day per qualified customer.

4. Each qualifying customer gets one card for the advent box. 

5. If any of the prize items are not found in the box, the Al Ghurair Management will inform the winner regarding the collection details of their prize

6.  Promoters and Al Ghurair employees have the authority to refuse customer participation if rules are not adhered to.

Redemption:  

1. Redeem your card for the advent box at the designated redemption counter upon spending AED 300 or more. 

2. Each card will have different outcomes, such as "Open the Box," "Try Again," or "Better Luck Next Time." 

3. Only cards with "Open the Box" will let you open the Advent Box. 

The Spend & Win is scheduled from 1st to 25th December 2024. 

Prizes:  

1. Prizes and their value are at the discretion of Al Ghurair Centre. 

General Terms:  

• Al Ghurair Centre reserves the right to modify or cancel this campaign without prior notice. 
• The offer is subject to availability and other terms and conditions.

 Santa Meet and Greet: Santa and his Elves 

1. Free Entry: To gain free entry to Santa's Grotto, shoppers must spend a minimum of AED 100 at Al Ghurair Centre. 

2. Validation: Shoppers must validate their purchase bills with the campaign promoters on site.

3. Event Duration: Meet & Greet Santa will be held from 6 PM- 8 PM from 16th December to 25th December 2024.

4.  Management Decision: Al Ghurair Centre reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion without prior notice. 

Letters to Santa:  

1. Free Entry: To gain free entry to Santa's Grotto, shoppers must spend a minimum of AED 100 at Al Ghurair Centre. 

2. Validation: Shoppers must validate their shopping bills with the campaig promoters on site for free entry to Santa’s Grotto. 

3. Event Duration: You can Letters to Santa at the Grotto from 1st December to 23rd December 2024. 

4. Wish Submission: Each child can submit only one wish, which must be for an item available at Al Ghurair Centre and valued at AED 1000 or less. 

5. Wish Fulfillment: Two lucky children will have their wishes fulfilled on 24th December. 

6. Winner Announcement: The winners will be announced on Al Ghurair Centre’s official social media account.  

7. Management Decision: Al Ghurair Centre reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion without prior notice. 

All I Want for Christmas Social Competition 

1. The ‘All I want for Christmas’ social media giveaway is open to residents of the UAE aged 16 or over except employees of Al Ghurair, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion. 

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

4. The giveaway will comprise of five (5) individual giveaways. Entry periods are as follows: 

Day 1 Giveaway – 16:00 Sunday 15th December to 08:00 Monday 16th December. 

Day 2 Giveaway- 16:00 Monday 16th December to 08:00 Tuesday 17th December 

Day 3 Giveaway – 16:00 Tuesday 17th December to 08:00 Wednesday 18th December 

Day 4 Giveaway – 16:00 Wednesday 18th December to 08:00 Thursday 19th December 

Day 5 Giveaway – 16:00 Thursday 19th December to 08:00 Friday 20th December. 

Entries made outside of the periods listed will not be counted. 

5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified 

6. To enter the giveaway, you must comment on the daily ‘All I want for Christmas’ posts that will be posted on @alghrurairCentre Facebook and Instagram Channels. You must

7. There will be a total of five (10) winners across all five (5) giveaways. Each winner will win their wish. The wish must be: 

8. A physical item that can be sourced and bought from one of the retailers at Al Ghurair Centre. 

9. The item requested must not exceed AED1000.  

10. If a winner is selected and their chosen item is below AED1000 – the difference in value of the item and AED1000 prize value will not be awarded. 

11. Al Ghurair Centre reserves the right to re-draw the winner if the item requested does not meet the requirements as listed within these terms and conditions. 

12. The organizer reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 

13. No cash alternatives. 

14. The winner will be selected at random and will be announced at 01:00pm, the following day, post the giveaway. The winner will also be contacted with a reply to their original entry.  

15. The winner of each giveaway will have ten (10) days to contact Al Ghurair to claim their prize. If they fail to do so then the prize will be forfeited. 

16. No prize-draw entries will be carried over from day to day. 

17. The promoter reserves the right to amend the prize-draw dates in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control. 

18. Winners will permit Al Ghurair Centre to use their name, voice and/or likeness without prior notice or compensation, for promotional purposes in connection with the contest in either Social or print forms. 

19. The promoter aims to deliver the prize within 30 days of the closing date of each giveaway. In some circumstances this will not be possible. In this instance the promoter will aim for presents to be delivered within three (3) months of the closing date. The promoter accepts no liability for prizes lost or damaged during delivery. 

20. The organizer does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion. 

21. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g.: be photographed for website/Facebook/newspaper stories, provide a short statement about their win for up to three months after the competition. 

22. The Organizer reserves the right in its absolute discretion to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control or for such other reason as the promoter deems appropriate. 

23. The decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
