PARKING A

Multi-level parking available with two main entry and exits points.  A ground floor Taxi Pick & Drop of area.

PARKING B

Basement Parking across 3 levels. B1 & B2 are for Mall customers. 

Extended Hours Payment 

Customers can pay for extended hours payments next to the taxi pick up and drop off area.
Customers can also pay with a credit/debit card while existing the parking with payment readers at each exit. 

PARKING C 
Opposite to Mall entrance #2 paid parking is available with a Tariff of AED 5 dirhm per hour cash payment only.

 

Electric vehicles charging points are available at parking A on the first level. Electric vehicles charging points are available at parking B in basement 1.

Wheelchair hire is available from the Customer Service Desk. 24 parking spots dedicated to People of Determination available at Parking A. Toilets for People of Determination are available. Please see below:

First Floor 

Washrooms located at Level 1 next to:

Second Floor

Prayer Room for Men and Women can be accessed near to Matalan on Level 2. Prayer Room available on the 3rd floor from Flayva customer lift.
