TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 THE GAME 2

 Open to legal residents of the UAE who must be 16 years old and above. 
• Employees of Al Ghurair Centre and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 
• To participate, individuals must register on the website of Al Ghurair. By participating, contestants agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
• The Game II will be conducted at Al Ghurair Centre on Saturday, 1st February 2025 from 6 PM to 8 PM. 
• The Game II will consist of six rounds. Contestants will be eliminated after each challenge based on their performance. 
• The final contestant remaining after completing all six challenges as mandated by the Grandmasters’ of the show will be declared as the winner. 
• The winner of The Game II will receive a cash prize of AED 5000. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 
• The provision of prizes is the sole responsibility of Al Ghurair Centre and not of 89.1 FM or 104.8 FM- the supporting radio station or the grand masters conducting the show. 
• By participating in The Game II, contestants agree to release and hold Al Ghurair Centre from any liability and for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the game show. 
• By participating in The Game II, the contestants agree to their name, image, and game footage to be used in social media or any marketing material. 
• Al Ghurair reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or cancel the Game II at any time without prior notice and without any liabilities. 
• Al Ghurair Centre reserves the right to disqualify for any reason, including but not limited to cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

• Al Ghurair Centre’s decision is final in all matters related to THE GAME 2.
• These terms and conditions and the game activation shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the UAE and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
