Gold Membership:

• Membership is valid on all activities including Attractions, Arcades and VR
• There is a limit of 10 bowling Games per person
• Bowling can be used by membership card holder and their families only (every game, 1 slot will be crossed out)
• Valid for 30 days

Silver Membership:

• Membership is valid on Attractions & Arcades only.
• Membership is NOT applicable on Bowling and VR Games.
• Valid for 30 days

General Terms and Conditions:

• Single Participant Usage: The membership card is valid for use by one participant only.
• Parental Presence for Waiver Form: Parents must be present to sign the waiver form for their children below the age of 18, in accordance with Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to avail the membership is 4 years old.
• Height and Weight Restrictions: Height and weight restrictions apply, complying with Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Card Presentation Requirement: The membership card must be presented upon each visit.
• Replacement Card Fee: A replacement card fee of 29 AED will be charged.
• Membership Validity: The membership is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Usage Limitation: The membership is applicable only for Attractions & Arcades. Bowling is not included.
• Non-Refundable Membership: Memberships are non-refundable.
• Membership entrance is subject to venue capacity limitations.
• Any misuse or fraudulent use of the membership card may result in its immediate cancellation.
• Membership benefits cannot be transferred to another individual.
• The terms and conditions are subject to change, and members will be notified in advance of any modifications.
• Pre-booking encouraged (Especially on Weekends & Public Holidays)
• Memberships doesn't provide access to Camps or Special offers.
