Mall Parkin Terms and Conditions

By entering the barrierless parking facility operated by Parkin (“Parkin”) at Al Ghurair Centre, you acknowledge and agree to and accept the following Terms & Conditions.

Tariff Rates

Mall parking fees remain the same despite the upgraded parking experience. Here’s a list of applicable parking fees.

• 00-03 hours: Free
• 03-04 hours: AED 20
• 04-05 hours: AED 40
• 05-06 hours: AED 60
• 06-07 hours: AED 100
• 07 and Above - AED 150
• 24 hours - AED 350

Sunday and Public Holiday: Free

Overnight parking is prohibited (2 to 6am): AED 200 per day

General Parking Terms

1. Your vehicle plate number serves as your parking ticket. 
2. Use of the parking facility constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 
3. CCTV and ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) systems are operational throughout the parking premises. 
4. Parking charges apply based on the approved tariff and actual parking duration. 
5. Parking fees must be paid before exit or within five (5) days through the Parkin app, website, SMS, or other approved payment channels. 
6. AutoPay services are available for registered Parkin users. 
7. Non-payment or exceeding the permitted payment period may result in fines, including an AED 150 penalty. 
8. Scan the QR code displayed on-site to pay for parking or access to the full Terms & Conditions. 
9. Parking validation is available at the Customer Service Desk for customers with purchases of AED 200 or above for maximum 2 hours only, subject to mall policies and validation requirements. 
10. Tariffs will apply when re-entering the parking within 90 minutes.

Barrierless Parking System

1. This is a barrierless parking system; no physical parking ticket will be issued. 
2. Vehicles are monitored and tracked through ANPR technology using vehicle plate numbers. 
3. Drivers are responsible for ensuring correct vehicle registration and payment completion. 

Vehicle & Safety Regulations

1. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk. 
2. Al Ghurair Centre, Parkin, the operator, and property management shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of vehicles, injury to persons or loss of personal belongings. 
3. Parking in restricted, unauthorized, or non-designated areas is strictly prohibited and may result in towing or penalties. 
4. Overnight parking is strictly prohibited.
5. The users are prohibited from leaving hazardous materials, flammable substances, or other prohibited items in their vehicles, while parked in the Centre. 
6. Private transport buses and unauthorized commercial vehicles are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained. 
7. All drivers must comply with UAE traffic laws, parking regulations, directional signage, and speed limits within the parking premises. 
8. Any accident, damage, or emergency occurring within the parking area must be immediately reported to Dubai Police and mall security. 
    

Management Rights

1.  Al Ghurair Property Management reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke parking access at its sole discretion. 
2. Vehicles violating parking rules, including improper parking or misuse of the facility creating safety concerns, or obstructing operations, may result in a penalty on each incident and may be towed or removed at the owner’s sole risk and costs without prior notice.

By entering and using the parking facility, all users irrevocably agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, complete parking and any additional regulations and operational policies implemented by Al Ghurair Centre and Parkin from time to time.
